AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
- This is class is designed for the following professionals: Physical Therapists, Dental Staff, professional rescuers such as EMTs, paramedics, lifeguards, physicians and nurses.
- BLS stands for Basic Life Support, unlike Advanced Life Support. Basic Life Support denotes a level care which patients will receive in an emergency.
- BLS is a higher level of CPR, including AED training, a written test & a skill test
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic life support skills, including effective chest compressions, use of a bag-mask device, and use of an AED
- Recognition and early management of respiratory and cardiac arrest
- Recognition and early management of peri-arrest conditions such as symptomatic bradycardia

ADVANCED: Anaphlaxis Management
ADVANCED Epinephrine Administration and Severe Allergic Reaction training:
- For parents, teachers, coaches, camp staff, and other laypersons
- Course taught by a Registered Nurse using the Oregon Health Authority education program.
- Learn to recognize anaphylaxis and administer epinephrine via autoinjector.
- Statement of Completion card available after attending class and completing the post-class exam. The card is valid for three years.
- Optional prescription to obtain and carry epinephrine autoinjectors available.

I’ve been to multiple CPR trainings, and this was the best one I’ve been to. The training goes very in depth on when/how/why to give CPR and provides many opportunities to practice. The instructor, Corrine, was very informative, engaging, and welcoming. The learning environment was awesome and I feel confident leaving the class.
UPDATE: Back again, 2 years later and still a great CPR class. Corrine is very personable and adjusts the class to fit our needs. Would very much recommend! I feel more confident in my ability to administer CPR if necessary.

Great facility and so nice to have a local place running consistent classes as I've had to drive to Albany in the past for CPR. Instructors were engaging, all required material was covered well, and adequate time was given for practical skills. Planning on renewing ACSL through them as well.

I took their Bls class the instructor is is very knowledgeable and took her time with us. We were able to ask questions without feeling silly. The classroom is very clean and the course itself was fun. I've taken other bls courses with other companies and I would come back to this company again. I also like how they offer snacks and drinks for the students taking the class. I would recommend them if you need to take any course, I enjoyed this company and the instructor.

Just went here for my CPR re-cert and they are excellent! Had Trevver as my instructor and he's awesome, very clear and concise. I really appreciate the fact that you are being taught verbally with power point slides rather than watching videos before taking a test. I also like that you can check your compression/breath rate or rhythm on a big screen to know if you're going at the right pace. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to renew their CPR certification!

EDIT:: Now that I'm no longer actually in the class, I can spend a little more time on my review.
First of all, I would like to say how easy it was to get through this class. The instructor didn't bore us with dry, data-heavy slides or aged lectures. He was equipped with all the important information as well as a sharp and well timed sense of humor and wit. The nearly four hour class felt like it went by in no time at all!
The equipment was fantastic, mixing old gear with new technology, allowing us to see our application of skill in real time-- when our compressions were too shallow, or if our breaths were too intense. An app controlled CPR dummy, in all the age groups, took all the guess work and really helped me feel affirmed in my confidence that I was doing it right.
You will be tested, but the instructor tells you up front how to keep track of the information that is likely to be on the test. While I could have swore I bombed my test, I actually scored 100%
Oregon CPR is straight forward, up to speed, and rather convenient. Definitely recommend.

He was equipped with all the important information as well as a sharp and well timed sense of humor and wit. The nearly four hour class felt like it went by in no time at all!
The equipment was fantastic, mixing old gear with new technology, allowing us to see our application of skill in real time-- when our compressions were too shallow, or if our breaths were too intense. An app controlled CPR dummy, in all the age groups, took all the guess work and really helped me feel affirmed in my confidence that I was doing it right.
You will be tested, but the instructor tells you up front how to keep track of the information that is likely to be on the test. While I could have swore I bombed my test, I actually scored 100%
Oregon CPR is straight forward, up to speed, and rather convenient. Definitely recommend.

Paid them for a class over a year ago. Took the class, everything was fine. Got a letter in the mail from a debt collection agency saying I owed them money for a CPR only class I never took. Called to find out what was going on. Woman on the other end yelled at me that I it was after hours, she didn't have to deal with it and hung up in my face. Beware, apparently they are willing to hit your credit because they want extra and will refuse to tell you exactly how you owe them more for a class you already paid for.

A very interactive class to complete the BLS renewal for HCP. The instructor, Corinne, was knowledgeable and engaging. The tools and devices used are state-of-the-art. A comfortable setting, none like I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend.

We scheduled Oregon CPR to update training for both of our offices. Corrine is an amazing instructor! Our entire team raved about her & said this was the best CPR class they had ever taken! She came out to our one location & then we went to Oregon CPR for our other office. It is well worth going to them! I will be scheduling training at their location from now on. Much like another reviewer shared, I felt like I was one of the least experienced in the class with a 17 year gap since my last CPR/First Aid training. I was fortunate to have Corrine as an instructor, she is fast paced but is very encouraging and supportive. There were several times that my nerves were getting the best of me but but she kept promoting to ask questions, ask for help, and clarification...which I took full advantage of. 😉 Her compassion and patience really helped me along the way.

I think I was one of the less experienced people in my BLS class. I did not feel confident in my abilities. But Corrine kept being encouraging, enthusiastic, and answering all my questions.
